How Long Before a Retreat, Meeting or Event Do Reservations Need to Be Made? We request at least two months in advance of the event. To begin the process complete the Meeting and Event Space Reservation Requestform.
What Kind of Events Can Be Held at the Neumann Center?
What is Required to Conduct a Retreat, Meeting or Event at the Neumann Center? Depending on the type of activity and length either a contract or facility use agreement is required of the entity conducting the activity. Included in the contract and/or agreement is the requirement to obtain liability insurance.
Does the Neumann Center Provide Food and Beverage Services? The Center does not provide food and beverage services. Access to the kitchen can be provided for an additional cost. Food and beverage is the responsibility of the entity conducting the activity. Additionally, use of a caterer selected and paid for by the conducting the activity is also permitted. All food must be removed from the Center at the conclusion of the activity.
What are the Fees for Meeting Space at the Neumann Center?
Community Room $100.00/day
Dining Room Only $100.00/per day
Dining Room and Full Kitchen $150.00/per day

Who is Eligible to Stay at the Neumann Center?
Overnight accommodations are available for retreat participants, when scheduled.
Individuals are also welcome to reserve rooms at the Neumann Center for overnight stays related to any of the above listed kind of events.
What Types of Rooms are Available?
1 Available: Semi-Suite with queen size bed, shared bath, microwave, mini-fridge. Maximum number of guests is 2. Rate: $150 per night.
3 Available: Bedroom with queen size bed, desk/chair, and one lounging chair and private bath. Maximum number of guests is 2 per room. Rate: $125 per night.
18 Available: Room with 2 twin size beds, sink, desk/chair, and one lounging chair and shared bathrooms. Maximum number of guests is 2 per room. Rate: $75 per night.
We provide all bedding, towels, and soap for all rooms. Community bathrooms with private stalls and showers are located throughout the building.
The community room has a 65" SMART television for group presentations.
The St. John Neumann Retreat Center is equipped with secure WiFi.
We also have a library of Catholic literature that is available for reading and a small chapel on the first floor.
How Do I Make a Reservation for Overnight Accommodations?
Guests who are parishioners of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church or guests attending a sacrament event (baptism, marriage, or funeral) at Blessed Sacrament may qualify for a reduced rate.
Lodging is available based on availability and the approval of the Director. Out-of-town guests of Blessed Sacrament parish who are attending a Sacrament celebration or visiting someone in the hospital will be given priority.
What time is Check in and Check out?
Check in is 3 pm unless arrangements have been made with the Neumann Center manager.
Check out is 11 am unless arrangements have been made with the Neumann Center manager.
Payment
When is Payment Due:
Meetings and Events: the contract or facility use agreement will state when payment is due.
Overnight Accommodations: payment is due at the time of check out.
What Methods of Payment are Accepted? Payment may be made by Credit Card or Check. Cash is NOT accepted.
Payment by credit card can be completed on the Neumann Center website at Reservation Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
If paying by check, mail check to: Neumann Center c/o Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church 624 Miccosukee Rd Tallahassee, FL 32308 Or slide the check under the Neumann Center office door prior to leaving.
